General Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, in case of issues or dissatisfaction, our refund policy provides the necessary guidelines for seeking a resolution.

Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are only applicable to unused and undelivered vehicles.

    If the vehicle has already been delivered or used, it is not eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

    Any requests beyond this period will not be considered.

  • Refunds may be subject to a processing fee.

    A 5% fee may be deducted to cover administrative costs.
